What’s Included:

  • Monthly Strategy Call: We can cover your training demands, recovery and energy, body composition goals, barriers or setbacks, adjustments to calorie, protein or macro targets, supplement protocols, and fuelling strategies*

  • Weekly Direct WhatsApp Check-Ins: You’ll have direct access to me for accountability, momentum, questions during the week, real-time adjustments (responses within 24 hours, weekdays only)

  • Strategic Food Diary Reviews: Rather than constant tracking, you’ll complete just two intentional food diary days per month, which can help calibrate your expectations and allows me to assess protein quantity and distribution, micronutrient coverage, fibre intake, calorie alignment, and areas for improvement/refinement

  • Supplement & Performance Protocol: Where appropriate, we’ll build an evidence-based protocol including supplements for health, performance, and recovery. I’m an advocate for a food-first approach where possible but appreciate when supplements can be more practical for optimising outcomes

  • Training & Exercise Guidance: While this support is primarily for nutrition, results are also dependent on training efficiency, so I can also help advise on programming structure for muscle gain, weight loss, or sport-specific protocols

  • Test Reviews: If you have blood tests or DEXA scans, I’ll be able to interpret key markers, identify optimisation opportunities, and translate results into practical dietary actions

* Please note monthly strategy calls must be booked between 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday UK time. If these times do not work for your schedule, contact me to discuss premium coaching structures which includes out-of-hours calls.
