The vegan movement is gaining momentum. More and more people are realising that a plant-based diet makes perfect, logical sense - saving animals, protecting the environment, and improving our health, all by how we choose to eat. I can genuinely see a future where the demand for meat and animal products drops drastically, which will lead to a much healthier planet and a much healthier population. The philosophy of Meat Free Fitness is to help us get to that stage quicker.

How? By helping as many people as possible to lead by example. I love helping clients bring on their A-game and take their health and fitness to the next level. When others see the results that a well balanced plant-based diet brings, it helps to squash any preconceptions about vegan diets, and they can see for themselves how fit and healthy you can be without eating meat. That’s one of the most effective ways to spread the message.
